It's a milestone day - Luke's first school bus ride! Driver Henry came to pick Luke up a few minutes ago. He was nice enough to snap a picture of Luke and giant Mommy. Luke starts the autism 'summer camp' program today at the EEU. He needed a big boy back-pack and lunch box (so grown up!). I admit to being a little sad to see him go. He'll be back this afternoon hopefully a happy boy. He is the first stop for the bus so it is a bit of a long ride for him but he does love being in the car so hopefully everything will be fine.
Kurt left this morning for Boston for a Liberty Mutual / Safeco transition meeting. It's great that he was picked to be part of the transition team. I will be crossing my legs and fingers all week hoping that baby boy #2 doesn't decide to make his appearance this week. Aunt Gina will be here Thursday and Friday so she is my back-up delivery room 'partner' in case he does decide to come and Kurt can't get home in time.
